Tree Trimming
Precision pruning, canopy thinning and deadwood removal. Houston's humidity pushes growth hard, so trimming here is as much about letting wind through the canopy before storm season as it is about shape.

Stump Grinding
Ground to roughly 12 inches below grade, which is deep enough to replant, sod or build over. The chips stay as mulch if you want them, or they leave with the truck.

Debris hauling is part of the price, not an add on. Cut wood goes with us unless you want it stacked, chips stay as mulch if you want them, and we walk the ground before we load up.

The questions we get most.
If yours is not here, call the yard. We would rather talk it through than have you guess at whether a tree is a problem.
Look for dead branches, a leaning trunk, decay, or unusual fungal growth. Those are the signs worth a second opinion. We will come out and inspect the tree, then tell you what it needs, which is sometimes nothing at all.
Yes. Every estimate is free and there is no obligation attached to it. We look at the tree on site rather than quoting off a photo, because access, lean and what sits underneath change the job more than the tree's size does.
Yes, 24/7, for storm damaged and hazardous trees. Houston storm season is the busiest part of our year, and a tree that has come down on a structure is the one call we drop other work for.
Late winter or early spring is usually ideal. Some species can be pruned at other times depending on their type and condition, so it is worth asking before you cut. Getting ahead of storm season is the other reason people call.
Yes. We are fully insured and licensed to perform tree removal and trimming.
That is the part of the job we plan hardest. We use rigging to lower sections under control rather than dropping them, and protective mats where equipment has to cross a lawn or drive. On tight lots beside a house we section the trunk down piece by piece.
Yes. We diagnose and treat the diseases and pest problems common around Houston. If a tree turns out to be past saving, we will say so rather than sell you treatment that will not hold.
We weigh the tree's health, where it stands, and what it threatens if it fails. A tree with deadwood over a roofline is a different decision from the same tree in an open yard. Removal is the recommendation only when the risk earns it.
