Lot Clearing
A lot with brush, trees, stumps and debris still on it cannot be built on or planned around. We clear it, grade it, and haul off what came out.
Chapter 01
A lot that cannot be worked
Some lots around Houston sit exactly as they were left, overgrown brush along the fence lines, a scatter of trees nobody wanted, stumps from whatever came down years ago, and debris piled wherever it landed. None of that is a problem until somebody tries to do something with the ground underneath it, a foundation, a driveway, a fence line, a pasture.
That is usually the moment a property owner calls Tree Care Professional. Not because the brush looks bad, but because a builder, a surveyor or a contractor needs bare, workable ground before their part of the job can start, and the lot as it sits is not that yet.

Fresh cut trunk stub and stacked logs on a Houston-area lot mid clearing, fence and neighbouring houses in the background.
Clear, grade, haul
The work runs in the order the ground needs it. Brush, unwanted trees and old stumps come out first, then debris left from prior work gets pulled and staged, using equipment sized to the lot rather than hand tools stretched past their limit.
Once the surface is clear we grade it, working the ground so it sheds water the way it should instead of pooling where a stump or a root mass used to sit. Everything that came off the lot gets hauled, not left in a pile at the back of the property for someone else to deal with later.
Chapter 03
Handing over ground that is ready
What we leave behind is bare, graded ground a builder or surveyor can actually walk and measure, not a lot that still needs a second crew before real work can begin.
That is the standard whether the property is a residential lot in Cypress being prepped for a new build or a stretch of pasture near Magnolia getting cleared for fencing. Call (281) 704-6828 and we will walk the lot with you and give a free estimate before anything gets touched.
